Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child together in May.
The couple, who are parents to North, five, Saint, three, and Chicago, 11 months, are expecting their second child via a different surrogate to the one who carried daughter Chi.
The reality star, 38, and the rapper, 41, are said to be ‘thrilled it [surrogacy] has worked out’ for a second time, with Kim particularly happy to have her ‘perfect’ combination of ‘two boys and two girls’.

A source told E! News: ‘The surrogate is well into the pregnancy. She is due in May and everything looks good.
‘Kim and Kanye have known for awhile and are very excited. They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out. Kim always wanted four kids and having two boys and two girls feels perfect.’
Their first surrogate was unable to carry a second baby for the couple as she gave birth to her own child on Christmas Eve.

Kim and Kanye are said to have just recently started to share the news of the pregnancy with family and friends, with the reality star currently planning a baby shower to celebrate.
In an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that aired in October, Kim was seen discussing her future family plans with friend Larsa Pippen.
She said: ‘Kanye wants to have more. He’s been harassing me. He wants seven. He’s stuck on seven. [Seven] crazy. I could never, especially in like the world we live in.
‘I’ve been kinda hesitant about having more kids because it literally keeps me up at night, thinking about how my kids will survive in a crazy world like this.’

Speaking to ELLE in May 2018, Kim gushed about her first experience of surrogacy, explaining: ‘The control is hard at the beginning. Once you let that go, it’s the best experience. I would recommend surrogacy for anybody.’
Kim battled with placenta accreta in previous pregnancies.
The condition occurs when all or part of the placenta remains attached to the uterine wall after childbirth.
In a post on her website, Kim told how her doctor had to detach the placenta with his hand.
She wrote: ‘My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before. My delivery was fairly easy, but then going through that — it was the most painful experience of my life.’
